Mr. Monkey Brain meet my friends

Taking a moment of quiet seems to be quite the challenge in today’s world. I am certainly guilty of losing many needed moments. But how can we take the moment of silence. That moment of reflection and release?

The answer is personal for all of us. My main distraction is my over active monkey brain. You know that mind that has the shopping list of chores for the day. 

Make the kids lunches 

Wait is the cat litter emptied 

Oh wait I forgot to check that post 

What did I have going on tomorrow?

Is there enough gas in the car? 

The list goes on and on. Sometimes I don’t accomplish one thing. Because I forget from something other lingering thought replacing it.

Essential oils have changed my life. Sometimes we need something to quiet that monkey brain.

Or calm the nerves in that crazy traffic.

Maybe we just need a happy moment to forget the insane day we had or even a challenging moment. There is an essential oil for every need. I’ve been told the thought of them becomes overwhelming and intimidating.

The truth is it’s all about education. Or finding the right outlet, or community to bring that knowledge to you with ease. Before essential oils, my family and I had many issues that we used OTC at times to solve. Which, in the long run, created more problems.

If you’re looking for some relief in life. Let’s find a solution, not a band-aid. The best part you find a natural solution that feeds the mind and body. Let’s at least stop pollution in our own home first.
