Sometimes water just isn't something I want to drink. It's like eating vegetables. You know you really should but you just don't want to. So you add seasoning, or pasta to dress up those veggies.⠀

I am a fall girl so I am all about that spicy taste. One of my all-time favorites to add to my water is Slim and Sassy. I love the ginger taste. Plus helps my metabolism and settles the stomach. I love dropping a drop into my energize before I workout. ⠀

Sometimes we just forget to breathe. 🧘‍♀️ Being a mom with anxiety can feel defeating at times. My mind and fears take over. Sometimes to an overwhelmingly scary place. 💆🏻‍♀️

I’m not one that can take pills or medications. I have learned through the years they don’t agree with me.
