Why is core strength so vital in life? The core is your power house. Being a mom of two that has had two cesareans, I know not having core. The amazingly helpless feeling of the lack of ability. Just to simply stand up. To bend over.

Sometimes we just forget to breathe. 🧘‍♀️ Being a mom with anxiety can feel defeating at times. My mind and fears take over. Sometimes to an overwhelmingly scary place. 💆🏻‍♀️

I’m not one that can take pills or medications. I have learned through the years they don’t agree with me.
